A Message From Tracy Anderson
This fundraiser is one of my favorite events at Community High. We don't have any official sports here, but this is an event that pulls us all together to work towards one goal...to alleviate hunger in our community. I wish that everyone could hear the cheering that goes on when individuals and forums announce how much they have raised. It feels a lot like the cheering that happens for the winning touchdown at a traditional school. I am so proud of CHS, and I am grateful to have Food Gatherers in our community.

In Support of Food Gatherers
Our Mission: Food Gatherers exists to alleviate hunger and eliminate its causes in our community.
We rescue local food and leverage state and national food resources for hunger relief. We lead a network of hunger relief providers and engage the public in the fight against hunger. We create and sustain innovative new food programs in response to emerging needs. We recognize that hunger will not be solved through the provision of food alone, so we advocate for policies and system changes to create an equitable food system.
