Det ESAT is launching this food fund drive as a collective effort to support individuals and families in our community who are facing food insecurity. By coming together as employees, we aim to raise at least $250 in donations to directly support Food Gatherers in Ann Arbor. This initiative reflects MP’s shared values of commitment to the communities where we work and our dedication to teamwork—showing that even small contributions from each of us can create a significant impact when combined. Through this drive, we hope to strengthen our community partnerships and ensure that more people have access to the nutritious food they need.

In Support of Food Gatherers
Our Mission: Food Gatherers exists to alleviate hunger and eliminate its causes in our community.
We rescue local food and leverage state and national food resources for hunger relief. We lead a network of hunger relief providers and engage the public in the fight against hunger. We create and sustain innovative new food programs in response to emerging needs. We recognize that hunger will not be solved through the provision of food alone, so we advocate for policies and system changes to create an equitable food system.
