This Thanksgiving holiday season, LuxWall is partnering with Food Gatherers (located in Ann Arbor) to support our Ypsilanti community. We are collecting non-perishable food items, personal care items or if you'd prefer monetary donations to help local families in need.
Every can, box, or dollar makes a real difference -- providing warmth, nourishment, and hope to those facing insecurities.
There is a listing of most needed non-perishable food and personal care items posted in the lobby as well as a box to collect your donations. If you'd prefer to donate online, click on the Donate button. If you'd prefer a cash or check donation, give it to Kristin Pafford. All checks should be made payable to Food Gatherers.
Together, we can fill more than just plates -- just like our glass, we can warm hearts.

In Support of Food Gatherers
Our Mission: Food Gatherers exists to alleviate hunger and eliminate its causes in our community.
We rescue local food and leverage state and national food resources for hunger relief. We lead a network of hunger relief providers and engage the public in the fight against hunger. We create and sustain innovative new food programs in response to emerging needs. We recognize that hunger will not be solved through the provision of food alone, so we advocate for policies and system changes to create an equitable food system.
