  2. CEE Food Drive, 2023
Welcome to the annual CEE Food Drive! In keeping with the times, we are conducting a hybrid event this year. For the traditional students vs. faculty and staff competition, we will be accepting canned goods and other non-perishable items in the front office (2105 GGB) through 12:00 noon on Friday, December 8. We will also be accepting monetary donations online and in person. All donations benefit Food Gatherers, the food bank and food rescue program serving Washtenaw County for more than 30 years. Our all-time high is 4,360 pounds of food in 2016, and $6,398 in donations in 2020. Please donate in person or through our campaign page here. Every canned good and every dollar donated counts!

As many of us are feeling the strain of increased prices, these stressors are compounded for families who experience food insecurity. Join us today by making a donation of any size to help feed our community's families, children, individuals, and seniors. Instead of shopping for bags of food to donate, please consider making a monetary donation and have Food Gatherers do the shopping for you. With their bulk purchasing power, they can really make the impact of your dollars stretch! ($1=2 meals!)

To make a donation please click on DONATE NOW or if you prefer, you may also give by calling 734-761-2796 or mailing a check (made out to Food Gatherers with "CEE" on the memo line) to PO Box 131037, Ann Arbor, MI 48113.

In Support of Food Gatherers
Our Mission: Food Gatherers exists to alleviate hunger and eliminate its causes in our community.

We rescue local food and leverage state and national food resources for hunger relief. We lead a network of hunger relief providers and engage the public in the fight against hunger. We create and sustain innovative new food programs in response to emerging needs. We recognize that hunger will not be solved through the provision of food alone, so we advocate for policies and system changes to create an equitable food system.
