  • St. Andrew's Episcopal Church has been holding our food and fund drives twice a year for many years. Due to COVID-19, we have been unable to hold drives in person and instead have held them virtually. We are so grateful to everyone who contributed to our Fall drive last year and our 2022 Lenten Fund Drive which together raised $10,403, the equivalent of over 31,000 meals. Thank you so much for your tremendous generosity!

The need is greater now than ever, as Washtenaw County continues to see record numbers of neighbors needing food assistance.

As many of us are feeling the strain of increased prices, these stressors are compounded for families who experience food insecurity.  Please join us today by making a donation of any size to help feed our community's families, children, individuals, and seniors. All donations benefit Food Gatherers, the food bank and food rescue program serving Washtenaw County for more than 30 years.

A generous couple in our congregation will, once again, MATCH ALL DONATIONS up to $2,000!

Please click DONATE  to help Food Gatherers continue to help those in need in our community. If you prefer to mail a check, please make it out to Food Gatherers and be sure to write "St Andrews" in the memo line. Checks can be mailed to:

In Support of Food Gatherers
Our Mission: Food Gatherers exists to alleviate hunger and eliminate its causes in our community.

We rescue local food and leverage state and national food resources for hunger relief. We lead a network of hunger relief providers and engage the public in the fight against hunger. We create and sustain innovative new food programs in response to emerging needs. We recognize that hunger will not be solved through the provision of food alone, so we advocate for policies and system changes to create an equitable food system.
