Domino's team members come together once a year for the annual food drive for Food Gatherers, a food rescue and food bank program serving Washtenaw County, to alleviate hunger and its causes in our community.
Food insecurity in Washtenaw County is a real problem. More than 14 percent of the population lack access to food for an active, healthy life. This May, join Domino's in supporting our neighborhood in the fight against hunger.
We hold our food drive in the spring because the need for food is high in the summer. Children in lower-income areas are on summer break and no longer have access to school lunch or breakfast programs. Our food drive helps keep their bellies full of nutritious food and minds clear of worry about where their next meal will come from.

In Support of Food Gatherers
Our Mission: Food Gatherers exists to alleviate hunger and eliminate its causes in our community.
We rescue local food and leverage state and national food resources for hunger relief. We lead a network of hunger relief providers and engage the public in the fight against hunger. We create and sustain innovative new food programs in response to emerging needs. We recognize that hunger will not be solved through the provision of food alone, so we advocate for policies and system changes to create an equitable food system.
